Customer Service / Sales Support - Prospect/Greystanes Reece Onsite have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service person to assist our rapidly growing, fast paced business. This is also a role with huge opportunity to develop and grow into an Account Specialist/Business Development Manager so if you are looking for growth then apply now! Duties for the role include but are not limited to: Answering a high level of telephone enquiries from our home builder customer base Timely processing of customers’ requests for delivery / release of orders Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information. Inputting Sales Orders / Data Entry Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability. Coordinating deliveries and liaising with our warehouse team. Our Ideal Candidate Have extensive customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. High level of Computer Literacy and fast processing speed. Ability to work a manage a fast paced / high pressure environment.
