Joining during the pre-opening and construction phase you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across development and operations, so previous pre-opening experience of a hotel is essential. You will oversee budget management, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation initiatives, all with a keen focus on exceeding the needs and expectations of our residents, guests and team members. You'll have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies that not only maximize financial performance but also minimize our environmental footprint. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead the emergency response team for all facility-related issues, contributing to the long-term viability and resilience of our operations.
