We are a fast growing Creative/Marketing Agency based in Rockdale. We provide web design, photography, videography & video editing, branding, graphic design, social media management & more. The Purple Panda Agency has plenty of growth opportunities across the board. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced email marketing specialist (with graphic design background) who is passionate about all things digital marketing and design!

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Rockdale (with the possibility of becoming full-time). As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing email marketing campaigns (design, technical and send out). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts, ensure brand consistency, and optimise email campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing email campaigns + sending out to database + tracking + reporting
• Content ideation and copywriting for emails
• Setting up technical, automated flows
• Integrating Klaviyo with both Wordpress and Shopify platforms
• Be accountable for the implementation of email marketing campaigns from start to finish, prioritising brand growth, engagement, conversion & community building
• Continually learn, test, measure & optimise performance on all email marketing activities, including regular reporting & recommendations.
• Designing marketing materials for both digital and print purposes - including but not limited to flyers, business cards, signage, social media graphics and website assets.

About You

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in dedicated email marketing and design role
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and experience using email marketing platforms including Klaviyo
• Understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Highly creative
• High attention to detail with aesthetic, grammar & tone of voice.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• An in-depth understanding of consumer behaviour & the consumer journey
• Experience with HTML and CSS is preferred but not essential
• Experience with social media is preferred but not essential
