Head of Novated Client Sales & Relations $110,000 - $120,000 + superannuation + bonus The Company Our client is one of Australia's leading providers of novated leasing, salary packaging & employee benefits. This niche forward-thinking provider is led by a team with decades of experience, who have a true passion for the industry and those within it. Be mentored by an outstanding leader whose passion for growth & development drives success within their team. The RoleA newly created role within the business and reporting to the CEO, the Head of Client Sales & Relations is to lead a team of six, including two client relationship partners, two marketing coordinators, one business development manager and a training & product partner. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:Recruit, train, and mentor six direct reports, setting clear targets and fostering growthCultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs with tailored solutionsDevise and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and broaden market presenceSupport business development initiatives to forge strategic partnerships and alliancesIdentify market opportunities and collaborate on promotional effortsLead marketing activities and monitor campaign effectivenessWork closely with the CEO to drive growth of the business in the short, medium and long-term.About YouDeep understanding of the novated leasing industry cultivated through years of experience Proven experience in leading, guiding and/or coaching sales professionals You have a strategic mindset, with the ability to think outside the squareAbility to be hands-on and operational with the ability to wear many hatsRefined communication skills with outstanding stakeholder management ability What's In It For YouOutstanding company culture with hands on support from high quality managementWork closely with CEO and other key internal stakeholders Drive success within this newly created roleHybrid working model (60% office, 40% home)Career progression and growth opportunities Brand new modern office space in the inner suburbs About the recruiter Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
