Marketing Associate

Job Description: Emerson Electric is seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives - Create content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and print - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns - Support sales team with marketing materials and tools - Assist in organizing and attending events, trade shows, and promotional activities - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Proven experience as a Marketing Associate or similar role - Energetic and adaptable personality with a creative mindset - Strong planning and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
