$100,000 – $120,000 per year + additional benefits

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic marketing, team leadership, and reporting, with a passion for driving results in the electrical industry. This is a newly created role influenced by our continual growth. 

The ideal candidate will lead our marketing team that supports Bi-Rite Home Appliances and H&S Management Services. Ideally, you will have experience across a variety of industries including Retail, Electrical and Home Appliances and Early Learning. You will receive support across multiple lines of business from senior management.

Your responsibilities will be: 

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Bi-Rite Home Appliances and H&S Management Services products and services.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category, product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the electrical industry, and develop strategies to capitalize on market dynamics.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve marketing strategies.
• Represent Bi-Rite Home Appliances at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships and enhance brand awareness.
• Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the electrical or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
