Pay Job type Part-time Shift and schedule Monday to Friday   Location   Full job description Do you look at your excel spreadsheet and feel you are a modern-day Picasso? Then you may be the style of person we are looking for. We are sparkies with a builder's licence that import cool stuff from overseas. We are needing assistance; 1) Daily team management. 3) Processing Purchase orders 4) Fielding a few calls with customers, (not many) 5) Easy to understand/learn software - Groundplan & Simpro 6)Processing invoices in Xero 7) Importing business is beginning, and some straightening of products in the 'compilation 8) Proficient with Excel Hours ideally will be later start later finish, We would appreciate you were working 1 hour after the team in the field have finished their day to tidy up loose ends and prepare for the following day(s). We estimate Monday ~ Friday & Depending on the hours you can work, Starting 10am (ish) & finishing 3:30/4:30pm. There is a side business in the creation (Importing) which is operating and needs attention & managing the compilation of products and receiving of goods. We design lighting and are electrical workers that also have an importing channel. We need help with our day-to-day challenges, one being book keeping. The immediate priority is to tidy up some aged taxation deficiencies. Then move onto the primary business of setting up the online store. We are already building stocks and need to start moving them. A little website management will be required. We will have someone in the Philippines building and making changes, we will need someone to help with the introduction of the new products and spell check etc. Looking to interview and start somebody soon. #J-18808-Ljbffr
