Job Description - Online Client Relations Assistant

The Online Client Relations Assistant at J.P. Morgan Chase in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, is a full-time Associate Level position with a required minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate for this position should possess the personality traits of being reliable and hardworking, as well as demonstrate soft skills such as cooperation and effective time management.


Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Assist clients with account setup and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client experience - Monitor client feedback and escalate any issues to management - Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and analyze data to improve services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the database - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance client relations strategies - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online client engagement campaigns - Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Proven experience in online client relations or customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with financial services industry is a plus
