We currently have multiple positions available for rotational shifts between the AM shift (7am-4pm) and the PM shift (12pm-9pm) Monday-Sunday. About You:We are seeking suitably qualified and experienced applicants who have at least 2 years’ experience as an RN, with Community Nursing exposure preferred. Tertiary qualifications, unrestricted AHPRA registration, current Police Clearance Certificate, CPR, drivers licence and reliable vehicle are of course all essential requirements of the role. You will be proficient in managing multiple client caseloads, including wound care and dressings, PEG & Enteral feeds, continence, catheters, bowel care assessment and have the associated product knowledge and ability to manage assessment reporting. Above all we are seeking applicants with exceptional communication, IT skills with the ability to learn new software easily, problem solving and leadership skills who have a ‘can do attitude’ and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and evidence-based practices.
