Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and independent Call Center Specialist to join our team at CIMIC Group in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to callers in a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and requests - Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to conduct surveys - Updating customer records in the database with relevant information - Meeting or exceeding call center metrics and performance goals - Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure a positive customer experience - Participating in training programs and ongoing education to improve job performance
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using call center software and computer systems - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism under pressure - A cooperative attitude and willingness to take on leadership responsibilities when needed
