Remote Customer Service Representative

TJX is seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a natural leadership ability.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy. 4. Assist with order processing and tracking shipments. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and information in the database. 6. Collaborate with colleagues from around the world to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive attitude. 6. Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to different time zones. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
