Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

WiseTech Global is seeking a proactive and adaptable Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Entry Level position, this role offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the tech industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner. - Provide support and guidance to customers navigating our online platforms. - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. - Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system. - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and KPIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers. - Independent and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. - Strong planning and organization skills to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. - Persuasion skills to guide customers to successful resolutions. - High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. - No previous experience required, training will be provided. - Must be able to work remotely and have a reliable internet connection.
