Residential Care Worker

Summary: We are looking for a Residential Care Worker (Sleepovers) to provide overnight care and support to residents. The ideal candidate will be reliable, compassionate, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks
- Monitor health and administer medications
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate records of resident care
- Communicate with healthcare professionals and family members

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA certification or relevant experience preferred
- Understanding of residential care procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Willingness to work overnight shifts
