Waste Management Field Operator

Ensure efficient waste management operations within the local community, working with a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform waste management activities in accordance with Council guidelines.
• Operate waste management vehicles and equipment safely and effectively.
• Complete basic paperwork and read safety instructions and plans.
• Communicate effectively with the public and team members.
• Maintain and monitor work activities to meet deadlines.
• Apply safe work practices and techniques in all tasks.

About You:

• Current MR Licence and White Card are required.
• Basic numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be an effective and positive team member in a customer-focused environment.
• Industry skills in waste management activities, or the ability to quickly learn and apply these skills.
• Strong time management skills and self-motivation.
• Good communication skills.
