Job Description: As a Web Chat Representative at Synnex, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This position is full-time and allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and update customer profiles - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores - Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and problem-solving skills - Continuously improve customer service skills through training and development opportunities
Requirements: - Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively from a remote location - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is preferred - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - People management skills to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
