Strata and Construction Lawyer 2 years PAE - Fast Hire

The Firm:

Thomas Martin Lawyers is a boutique strata specialist law firm based in Sydney, providing legal services in the areas of strata, building defects, property and commercial law. Our organisation is focused on providing quality and client-based solutions and building quality relationships with our clients.

The Role:

We are currently looking for a lawyer, with a least 2 years post admission experience, to join a rapidly growing firm. In this role, you will predominantly work with construction and strata matters, but you will also gain insight into other areas such as property law.

The position is dynamic and allows you to work in a supportive team environment. You will be involved in running significant matters, drafting correspondence, preparing advice, briefing and liaising with third parties, such as barristers and experts.

A hybrid arrangement would be considered for the right candidate. 

Key Skills/Experience:

The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:

- at least 2 years post admission experience in a similar role

- familiarity with NCAT and Supreme Court

- strong written and oral communication skills

- a high attention to detail

- the ability to independently carry out legal research and run matters autonomously

- good time management and organisational skills

Remuneration:

Remuneration will be commensurate to experience and the role will involve an attractive bonus structure which can be discussed further.
