About the Position:
As an experienced Account Manager, you'll:
- Manage a portfolio of Key Clients.
- Proactively maintain client relationships through ongoing interactions and regular reviews.
- Recruit and manage external workforce teams to meet our client needs.
- Cross-sell other services offered by our agency.
- Coordinate and resolve issues and queries relating to rates, EBA's, Safety and payroll.

Skills and Experience:
To thrive in this dynamic role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Prior Agency based Account Management experience and a solid understanding of the Blue Collar labour-hire industry.
- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and organic client growth.
- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and effective time management.
- Proficiency in using Recruitment Systems such as FastTrack, Broadbean, Smart AI
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and deliver under pressure.
