The KOTZUR GROUP of companies is a long established, successful family owned engineering/fabrication business with over 140 employees based in Walla Walla NSW and 60 employees based in Toowoomba Qld. With clientele from all over Australia, we specialise in supplying and maintaining bulk solids storage and handling facilities for the agricultural, industrial and commercial sectors.

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day Human Resources function across all Kotzur sites and businesses. Working closely with the Chief People Officer, the Human Resources Manager will manage according to the existing systems and processes within Kotzur, while also contributing to the ongoing development and execution of strategic initiatives. 

About the role:

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Driving the recruitment and onboarding process
  • HR management and administration
  • Identifying and resolving employee relations issues
  • Policy and procedure development
  • Overseeing the support of our migrant workforce
  • Assist in the development and delivery of employee engagement activities

What you can bring to the role:

To play a part in our ongoing success we are seeking someone with:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to build and maintain productive and positive working relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • A high-level of computer literacy; intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills and the ability to learn other systems where required
