Your Role
As the Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for onboarding new employees and developing relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Development of relationships with current mining partners.
• Developing a deep understanding of client requirements and creating solutions that meet their key objectives.
• Liaising with multiple stakeholders across projects.
• Conducting reference checks.
• Mobilising employees to a variety of sites and projects.
• Sourcing and tracking new leads opportunities.
• Tracking and monitoring market conditions and customer requirements.
• Liaising with support teams internally, including technical specialists.

Essential Requirements

• A proven track record as a recruitment consultant.
• Demonstrable experience liaising with multiple decision-makers.
• Ability to multi-task is essential.
• An expert of the mining industry and its movements.
• Present solution-based outcomes to clients.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and our Client base.
• Previous experience with JobAdder advantageous.
