Qualifications & experience – Mandatory

• Current Real Estate License
• Team player and positive attitude towards business activities
• Ability to learn new processes, technologies
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Weekend availability on Saturdays is a must for open homes

Qualifications & Experience – Preferable

• Previous experience as a Property Manager
• Use of PropertyMe software

Tasks & responsibilities

• Perform all operational property management tasks
• Perform leasing related activities
• Schedule, liaise and perform routine inspections
• Schedule and attend open homes
• Review paperwork and approve e.g. tenancy agreements, tenancy applications etc.  
• Knowledge & implementation of the RTA, REIQ Processes  
• The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Be very reliable with excellent presentation
• Mature attitude with a pleasant outgoing personality
• Leasing Liaising with tenants/landlords
• Communicate effectively with tenants and also landlords – both verbal and written
• Tenants/Landlords Dispute resolution including QCAT
