Residential Property Manager - Hiring Fast

Matthews Real Estate, established in 1933, is the oldest family-owned real estate company in suburban Brisbane encompassing every facet of real estate (body corporate, property management, sales and valuations).

Due to our current Property Manager moving to a new role within our company, we are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our dedicated residential team. Responsible for your own portfolio, the majority being based within 5km of our Annerley office.  Our property managers are the eyes and ears of the portfolio being the primary communicator with your landlords including conducting inspections and managing maintenance.  You will have support with leasing, administrative and trust accounting tasks by others in the team.

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:-

• Current Real Estate Registration Certificate
• Experienced in Console Cloud (preferred)
• Excellent team work skills
• Accountable approach and delivery
• Exceptional negotiating and problem solving skills
• High level of administrative and computer literacy
• Reliable vehicle and current open Queensland licence

Role will include: -

• Routine inspections, vacates & entry reports
• Organising property maintenance
• Liaising with owners, tenants & tradespeople
• Processing of accounts
