Job Description:
Markel, a leading insurance and reinsurance company, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This position offers the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist with various operational tasks, including data entry, document management, and administrative support. 2. Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow. 3. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. 4. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements. 5. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed. 6. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service and support. 7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of CRM software. 7. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 8. Strong presentation skills and experience in people management.
