Registered Nurse | BlueCare | Gympie Residential Aged Care Facility

  • Employment Term: Permanent Part Time (48 hours per fortnight) & Casual Opportunities On offer 
  • Location: Gympie Residential Aged Care Facility
  • Remuneration: $40.45 - $52 (based on experience) permanent base rate + 11 % Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900  (increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances   
  • $2000 sign on bonus 
  • $5000 retention bonus paid at 6 months of employment 
  • $5000 relocation allowance (paid as reimbursements of actual costs incurred with receipts) 
  • Rural and remote allowance of $250 per fortnight for 3months

Your part in our BlueCare team

Working in the role of our Registered Nurse, you will provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility. You will apply your clinical skills to improve their quality of life through activities that include: 

  • Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
  • Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
  • Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
  • Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
  • Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

  • Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
  • General nursing experience, post-registration
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
