Job Description - Account Support Manager


Job Description:


Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive business growth and customer loyalty - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth - Analyze customer data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes - Develop and implement account management plans to meet sales targets and company objectives - Provide regular reports and updates on account performance and customer feedback to senior management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or customer support roles - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Confident and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Proven problem-solving and people management skills - Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to travel occasionally as needed
