Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

First American Financial is seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis working from home in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, email, and online platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for customer service. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of innovation.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. A reliable internet connection and home office setup.
