Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


As a Customer Success Manager at Host Hotels & Resorts in Brisbane, Queensland, AU, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. You will be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, providing them with guidance, support, and solutions to help them achieve success with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and help them achieve success - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues - Conduct regular check-ins and customer reviews to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty - Provide product training and onboarding support to new customers - Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our products and services - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 5 years of experience in customer success or account management - Motivated and driven with a passion for helping customers succeed - Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
