We are a progressive, multi-faceted medical practice specialising in Cosmetics, Integrative Healthcare and General Practice. Based in South Yarra. We are committed to providing outstanding medical care to our patients and providing an exceptional level of customer service. We are focused on delivering superior administrative support to our clinicians and patients and building a welcoming, friendly and professional work environment for all.
About you:
We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Receptionist to support our clinical team over a 7-day roster. It is essential that you bring your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to the table, proven track record of a superior level of customer service.
PLEASE NOTE: This role will require some evening shifts each week (From 5:30pm to 9:30pm) as well as weekends and public holidays (if/when required)
The successful candidate will possess a professional, caring and friendly attitude and always have a positive and enthusiastic approach to tasks. Highly developed communication skills and a strong customer focus are essential.
You will be able to work independently, as well as be part of a dynamic and busy team, and always show a high level of attention to detail. You must also demonstrate excellent problem solving and computer/IT skills.

Medical reception experience desired but not essential for the right person.
Full training will be provided for our successful candidate.
MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST POSITION DESCRIPTION
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The reception team is responsible for assisting with the smooth and efficient running of all day-to-day operations of the practice by providing quality administrative support to the Practice Manager and all clinical staff. The reception team will ensure a superior level of customer service is provided to our patients and their families in a professional, caring and welcoming environment.
