Job Description - Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:


CIMIC Group is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform to provide assistance, answer queries, and troubleshoot issues. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, availability, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing refunds, and resolving any complaints or disputes. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to maximize sales revenue. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues that require additional support. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions to ensure a positive experience for customers.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an online chat environment. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively while providing excellent customer service. 3. Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals. 5. Proficiency with online chat platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
