Job Description:
As an Operations Associate at Humana, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of our remote work environment in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in operations or a related field who possess the ability to work independently and adapt to changing requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and support remote team members effectively. - Assist in managing projects and initiatives to improve operational processes and drive efficiency. - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and cost-saving measures. - Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and scheduling meetings. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address operational issues and find solutions. - Assist in the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance operational capabilities. - Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in operations, project management, or a similar role. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus.
