Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

QBE Insurance is currently seeking a passionate and reliable Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity, based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. We are looking for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Support day-to-day operations and execute tasks related to policy administration, claims processing, and customer service. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate processing of insurance policies and claims. - Assist in various projects to improve operational processes and customer experience. - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions and interactions.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Experience with project management software is a plus.
