Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: ABM Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a part-time, remote work position ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company.

Responsibilities: - Manage and support various operational tasks including project coordination, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness - Conduct research and gather data to inform decision-making processes - Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational workflows - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management - Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures - Support the onboarding and training of new team members - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Proven experience in operations, project management, or a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
