Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and driven Online Operations Associate to join our team at Danaher in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities: - Managing online operations and ensuring smooth functioning of all online processes - Analyzing website traffic and customer behavior to optimize the online experience - Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels for online products - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve online conversions and sales - Conducting research to identify trends and opportunities in the online market - Making data-driven decisions to improve online performance - Implementing best practices for online customer service and engagement - Assisting in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technologies relevant to online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online analytics tools - Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent research skills to gather and analyze data for informed decision-making - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Knowledge of online operations and e-commerce platforms - Understanding of customer behavior and online consumer trends - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
