Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing various online operations tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with various teams to oversee online operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently - Monitor and analyze website performance and user engagement metrics - Implement and manage online marketing campaigns to promote our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise on our digital platforms - Collaborate with the IT team to implement updates and enhancements to the website - Assist in the development and implementation of digital strategies to improve online visibility and attract more customers - Generate reports on online performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in online operations or digital marketing - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics - Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms - Understanding of SEO and SEM strategies
