Operations Associate

Job Description:

Owens-Illinois is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Operations Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our facility. This is a part-time role, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient production processes. 2. Assist in monitoring and optimizing inventory levels. 3. Support the implementation of new operational initiatives. 4. Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements. 5. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations. 6. Handle administrative tasks related to operations. 7. Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in operations or a similar role. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Excellent decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
