Operations Associate

Job description:

Ingredion is seeking a motivated and reliable Operations Associate to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our company. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and executing operational tasks, such as inventory management and order processing - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall performance - Support the implementation of new systems and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making process within the operations team - Identify and address potential problems or bottlenecks in the operational workflow

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Experience in the food industry is a plus
