Job Description:

As a Remote Operations Associate at Jarden, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our remote operations in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time, entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and is perfect for hardworking and independent individuals who possess excellent project management and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the remote team to ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner - Assist in managing and organizing remote projects and tasks - Conduct research as needed to support operations and decision-making - Assist in developing and implementing operational processes and procedures - Monitor and track remote team performance - Provide administrative support to remote team members - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders - Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Hardworking and independent personality traits - Strong project management and research skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field preferred
