Operations Associate - Work from home

As an Operations Associate at AK Steel Holding, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. This part-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our operations team.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate with various departments to ensure all operational tasks are completed in a timely manner - Perform data analysis and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operational activities - Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any operational issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to optimize operational processes and enhance overall efficiency
