Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a motivated and adaptable Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Brisbane, Queensland, AU, providing a flexible work environment with the ability to balance work and personal commitments.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with team members to execute operational strategies and initiatives - Assist in managing projects, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines - Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports as needed - Support in coordinating and facilitating communication between various departments - Assist in problem-solving and making decisions to ensure operational efficiency - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational activities - Provide assistance in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and partners - Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold high standards in all operations

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results - Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks - Willingness to learn and grow within the role
