Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group in Adelaide, South Australia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing goals - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our social media presence

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and driven with a passion for social media marketing - Strategic planning and research skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools
