Accountant

Job Description:

Lear is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Accountant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position is at the associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial records and reports - Analyze and reconcile accounts - Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies - Assist in the preparation of financial statements - Provide support to the finance team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - CPA or similar certification preferred - 2+ years of experience in accounting - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills - Creativity in problem-solving - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
