Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Mosaic is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate on a remote part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations - Communicate with clients regarding payment status and resolve any outstanding issues - Process payments and apply them accurately to customer accounts - Prepare monthly reports and assist with financial analysis as needed - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with clients - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
