Job Description:
Time Warner is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Call Center Associate in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Associate Level employee, the Call Center Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective communication - Utilize company systems and technology to accurately document customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and foster a positive work environment - Actively participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to improve performance - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call resolution, average handle time, and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong teamwork and negotiation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems - Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
