Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Prudential Financial is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relations Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work remotely from home. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database - Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay current on company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality with the ability to engage with clients effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail - Proven track record of excellent customer service and client retention - Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software - A high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in business or related field preferred
