Client Service Associate

Job Description:

WorleyParsons, a leading global engineering and consultancy firm, is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia on a part-time basis. As an Associate level role, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in client services.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer service - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction - Assist with client onboarding and account management processes - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and key milestones - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong communication and presentation skills - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client services - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Prior experience in the engineering or consultancy industry is a plus
