Job Description:
Norfolk Southern is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Support Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are resourceful, adaptable, and eager to kickstart their career in client support.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for improving customer experience - Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies - Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives - Attend company-sponsored training and development programs to enhance customer service skills - Represent Norfolk Southern at industry events and conferences as needed
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be resourceful and adaptable to changing environments - Previous experience in client support or a related field is a plus
