Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

United Natural Foods is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Support Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a remote work part-time position ideal for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client support.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and issues via email, phone, and chat - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and orders - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Maintain client records and documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information - Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in client support operations - Actively contribute to the team's success and goals by demonstrating emotional intelligence and effective communication skills

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or client support - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support - Reliable and able to effectively manage time and tasks in a remote work setting - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Innovative mindset and willingness to explore new approaches to client support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
