Job Description:
W.R. Berkley is seeking a dedicated and reliable Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, and general support questions. 3. Process customer orders and ensure accurate documentation in the company's systems. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience and identify areas for process improvement. 6. Maintain a high level of cooperation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the Contact Center operations.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Experience with customer relationship management and problem-solving. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6.
