Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

We are looking for a Contact Center Associate to join our team at Western Refining. This is a remote work position based in Perth, Western Australia, and is part-time with an entry-level seniority level. We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues - Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company database - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and objectives - Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong adaptability and people management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work efficiently in a remote work setting - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
