Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


Sysco is currently seeking a Contact Center Manager to work remotely from home in Melbourne, Victoria, AU on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of contact center agents to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of contact center agents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve contact center operations and increase efficiency. 3. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management. 4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training to agents to help them improve. 5. Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and meet service level agreements. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions. 7. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and implement process improvements. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contact center operations.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Previous experience in a contact center management role for at least 7 years. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Adaptable and resilient personality traits. 6. Creativity and attention to detail in problem-solving. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and call center technology. 8. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 9. Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
