Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Fluor is seeking a highly motivated and independent Contact Center Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time position that allows the flexibility of working from home. As an Associate Level officer, the successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues when necessary. 3. Update customer information in the company database accurately and in a timely manner. 4. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 5. Meet personal and team performance targets. 6. Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Must be motivated and able to work independently. 2. Excellent presentation skills. 3. Strong time management skills. 4. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
